The adsorption function is mainly designed for leather, plastic, PVC and other soft materials. With the adsorption function turned on, the soft material can be placed flat on the machine platform, facilitating the printing of the nozzle and better protecting the nozzle.
It is well known that soft materials warp easily when printed. Once the material is deformed, it will cause the material to rub on the nozzle, which will not only lead to the material scrap, but also damage the nozzle.
Glass platforms are different from air suction platforms. The glass platform machine has no adsorption function. When printing soft materials, tape must be used to hold them in place. It's a hassle and a waste of time. Therefore, among the many functions of UV printer, the adsorption function is not insignificant.
Of course, the suction platform also has a blower function that can easily remove heavy products from the aircraft.
It is not only powerful, but also very simple to operate. As long as the material is placed on the adsorption platform, the adsorption function can be turned on. The adsorption platform has honeycomb holes, and materials can be attached to the platform after the adsorption function is opened.
However, not all uv flatbed printers require suction cups. This depends on the type of product you are producing. If you print paper, leather, plastic film, and other light and easily deformed materials, you will need to use suction cups to hold the product in place.
